Candijay Hopeful to Get Seal of Good Housekeeping
The Local Government Unit of Candijay, Bohol, under the administration of Mayor Christopher B. Tutor, is hopeful to achieve the Seal of Good Housekeeping from the Department of Interior and Local Government, after having been freed from adverse findings, in an audit conducted by the Commission on Audit, for the year 2014.
For quite long years, the municipality had just cleared its name from such negative findings predisposed by the irregularities and other forms of mismanagement in the local fiscal transactions done by the previous administrations.
In an effort to be awarded such seal which can give the municipality more chances to avail of some developmental projects from the national government as well as to some partner private agencies, Mayor Christopher B. Tutor is trying hard to resolve such past delinquencies.
Consequently, the processing of the documents intended for the Seal of Good Housekeeping is being undertaken by the responsible authorities of said municipality#30. Judith S. Villamor, Ph.D. – Candijay MPIO
